Whilst I try to make sure that the papers I post on my site are thoroughly researched and correctly cited; my papers are self-published and not subject to rigorous peer review. This means that if you yourself are writing an academic or other paper you should take a close look at the works I have cited and take citations from them. My site from the perspective of most institutions would not be an authoritative source on academic subjects.
That said should you take any new ideas from my work then you should cite this site, not doing so is plagiarism which is to most a reprehensible act (if not cheating). The site is structured is such a way that links to pages are permanent, and thus reviewable from your citation. You should inform your reader of the date you accessed the material as it may have been revised since you cited it.
